1. MOST IMPORTANT: arguments of AddTaskCaloCellsQA() changed;
2. AliAnalysisTaskCaloCellsQA::InitCaloCellsQA() merged into the
constructor, constructor arguments changed;
3. default constructor AliCaloCellsQA::AliCaloCellsQA() is now an I/O
constructor.
