1) First Year Geometry option added, name "EMCAL_FIRSTYEAR". Not useful yet until changes done in AliGeomManager
2) Set in OCDB the type of the fitting algorithm and if the bad channels are fitted or not
3) 2 fitters available, kStandard (used until now) and kFastFit from Aleksei, the call to this one needs checks, not working properly yet.

Move part of the MUON display into the official macros based on
visscan_init.C.
Divided the parameter to visscan macros "show_extra_geo" into 2
parameters "show_muon" (kTRUE by default) and "show_trd" (kFALSE by
default as before).
In addition to the MUON geometry, I plot the MUON tracks and clusters
and add the other macros to the list without drawing.
Check if AliEn is initialized via GSHELL_ROOT environment variable
instead of alien_API_VO which is not always defined.

In case the AOD handler is declared non-standard and writing of the AOD is disabled, the AOD event is not created anymore and the AOD file not written. Such case is useful for exclusive usage of the AOD handler for deltaAOD extensions creation.
Writing of the AOD file moved from the analysis manager to the AOD handler.

added status information in AliTOFcalibHisto class to handle status of disconnected parts of the detector (i.e. strips not connected to HV). the information is hardcoded in the AliTOFcalibStat.root file. So far only status of strips is defined.

Added new classes for the new trigger framework:
AliTrigScheduledEntry - ABC for scheduled responses of a device that is
able to fire-up single response functions or the
full device scheduled sequence. The start time is
in arbitrary units and in case it is 0 will not be
considered when ordering by time by schedulers.
AliTrigScheduledResponse - Scheduled device response function. Fires-up a
single response function at a time.
AliTrigScheduledDevice - Scheduled entry for a full device sequence. Invokes
the device scheduler when firing-up.
AliTrigScheduledGroup - A group of scheduled entries that will simply be
fired-up sequentially. The group delay in global time
units is the latest start time of the contained
entries. A group has a priority assigned by the
owner scheduler object. Groups are fired-up according
a programable sequence.
AliTrigScheduledSequence - A programable group sequence. Scheduled groups
are owned and controlled by a trigger scheduler. They
are fired-up in such a sequence. A sequence supports some
default modes but can also be programed manually.
AliTrigScheduler - Device response function scheduler. Every device has a
scheduler, but the same scheduler can replay responses of
several devices. A scheduler holds groups of scheduled
entries. The groups can be replayed in programable
sequences. A default group and sequence are always created.

Task for physics selection
- its usage enables physics selection via the input handler
- creates the physics selection object and passes it to the input handler
- manages the histograms (bookkeeping) produced by the selection

Added HasLatencyWindow method to AliTOFChannelOnlineStatusArray class.
Method used in TOF preprocessor to know whether latency window data is available in Calib/Status object storedi n OCDB.
If not update OCDB with a new Calib/Status object with latency window data.
Added further checks to AliTOFChannelOnlineStatusArray class for better backward compatibility.
