1) Flag all track with kITSupg bit.
2) Config.C is converted to 2xwider sensors for layers 3-6 and material
budget of 0.3% for layers 0-2 and 0.8% for layers 3-6.

We are preparing a request for large sample for the ITS upgrade TDR.
We will simulate central Hijing + several signals.
Could you please commit the attached modifications?
- AliGenITSULib: added B0's for B0->D*-pi+
- AliDecayerPythia: modified kBeautyUpgrade to force Lb->Lc+pi decays
- decaytable.dat: updated Lb mass and ctau from PDG2012

Some changes so that I can do all the different approaches in the same train:
-taking the leading trigger
-taking only one of the triggers in the reference class some X% of the data and taking only one of the triggers in the signal class in (1-X)% of the data.
-taking all the triggers above 10 GeV.

Adding new Reader (AliFemtoEventReaderKinematicsChainESD, reading info from MC truth - Kinematics + reading multiplicity information from ESD), adding additional features to the AliFemtoCorrFctnDEtaDPhi - corrections: 4D histograms with pT of particles or eta of particles, basing on which track reconstruction efficiency correction can be done. AliFemtoBasicEventCut: changes made to widen default values - because for some pp events reaction plane cut with default parameters was cutting out events.

- remove legacy code from TRD rawstream, e.g. writing of tracklets
which is now done much more consistently along with the digits
- optional CRC recalculation and check against checksums from GTU trailer
- optional debug features for event counters (e.g. needed for MEB testing)

1) Fix in tracking condition pattern definition
2) ITS in the Config.C redefined for 20x20 pixels with 3*0.3,4*0.5% X/X0 layers
The module has 4chips with 13(X)x15(Z)mm active zone each, 2mm dead zone on the
readout side and 50micron dead zone around.
3) Regenerated itsupcdb.tar.gz with corresponding MakeITSUSimuParam and
MakeITSRecoParam tuned for PbPb reco (for 20x20 pixels diagonal clusterization is off)

Don't return failure flag (negative chi2) in RefitTrack if all clusters
were refitted but the track did not reach destination point and this was not
specially requested

For fastjet-3.x the defines were changed to have the additional prefix
FASTJET_. In AliSISConeJetFinder.cxx SISConePlugin.hh is only included
if ENABLE_PLUGIN_SISCONE is set. With the attached patch also
FASTJET_ENABLE_PLUGIN_SISCONE is accepted and AliRoot compiles fine
against fastjet-3.0.3.
