- Splines for LHC12i3 (also used for 12f1X, good statistics up to larger momenta than before)
- Changed fixed number of species (AliPID::kSPECIESC etc.) to variable parameter for some functions
- Using now proton splines for light nuclei, if no dedicated splines are available; and pion splines for muons,
if no dedicated splines are available

Important bug fixes for QA trains.
Should be ported to the release ASAP.
* AddTaskForwardQA.C: Set the cuts properly. They where
previously changed to do a quick'n'dirty hack for the QA
to work in case we had no correction objects. This case
is now fixed in AliForwardQATask.cxx directly instead and
is more robust.
* ForwardAODConfig.C: Clean-up in cuts code (not values)
* trains/MakeQATrain.C: Fix to work with new TrainSetup
* AliFMDDensityCalculator.cxx: Remove superflous warning
* AliFMDEnergyFitter.cxx: Remove superflous debug and
important warning
* AliForwardQATask.cxx AliForwardQATask.h:
- Protection against missing correction objects by
setting hard-coded values for cuts
- Proper call to AliFMDDensityCalculator::Calculate
- Fix bug that caused energy loss fit results where
lost.
* Some fixes for QA shell script

Macro to help associating the trigger input name with the corresponding ID (and hence mask). The output is suited to be used with AliMuonEventCuts (Diego).

update of D0-HFE correlation
- using asymmetric cut on electron PID to reduce contamination of
electron selection by hadrons
- workaround for volatile external pointers in AliHFAssociatedTrackCuts
- correction of info and error messages
- removing carriage returns, accidentally added in r60367 on every line

Added pt_assoc dependence. Calculation of the trigger particles changed. Now it is calculated for each pt_assoc bin.
Added two other data members for tuning the V0 selection.
