Fix in the rolling shutter implementation: in general it is impossible to have the
same readout cycle for all hits of single event. SDigits and Digits now record
the RO cycle, whose counter technically is limited to +-127 (thought the "triggered
event" will be read-out in cycles -1,0 or 1 if the readout phase is fully random
wrt BC.
At the moment clusterization ignores the RO cycle info, eventually it should
be aware of RO cycles combinations allowed to contribute to single cluster.
