Correct run number

Obsolete CDB entry. The trigger confgiuration is now stored in the GRP/CTP/Config folder

Updates needed to make the trigger inputs compatible with the new constructors. The arguments are now - trigger_input_name, trigger_detector_name, level(0,1)
