Fixes to DA code:

* AliFMDBaseDA::Rotate(const char* file, int max)
  'log-rotates' files that start with 'file' up to a maximum of 'max'.
  This is applied to all FXS files (peds.csv, gains.csv, conditions.csv)
  as well as zero-suppression files.
* Added comment line in each output file, that tells us from which run
  the file was created, and when.
* Fixed some coding violations.

The DA's should be propagated to the release.

Put LOGY in the histograms DrawOptions - so that AMORE will show these
