1) Changes needed to read deltaAODs as input, handling of acces to delta AO branches when reading ESDs/AODs or directly deltaAODs changed in AliAnaPartCorrBaseClass. Change accordinly the macros for the train and single analysis for the case of deltaAODs.
2) AliAnaPhoton: Added possibility to reject clusters which pair with other clusters with small mass, conversion pairs. Added possiblity to take this pair as a single cluster and put it with the other clusters in the AOD
3) Changes in the Init of AliAnaPhoton and AliAnaPi0EbE, in case of reading deltaAODs, calorimeters clusters lists are not needed.
4) Reduce the default minimum pt from 0.2 to 0.1.

Time information in digitization:
- In AliMUON, there is now the possibility of setting time limits in the age of a hit in order to be taken (or not) into account in the digitization process: SetTimeLimits(min, max) in Config file.
- In AliMUONSDigitizerV2 the sDigits now contain the age of the original hit, shifted by the time of the triggered event.
- In AliMUONDigitizarV3 only sdigits with age within the limits are used for digitization

Possibility to filter the ESD friends and add objects to AliESDfriends.root. Major change in AliESDfriendsTrack where the ITS, TPC and TRD arrays of indices became pointers. They are filled only on demand (Chiara)

Fix for bug #60504: Error in AliEMCALRawUtils causing a interruption of simulation. The problem was in a missing delete, the number of opened files was too high

Reoving "Man in the middle" classes. The ChiSquare (or LMS)
is conceptually the same for EMCAL and PHOS and is implemented
as a common "Calo" class (currently in the aliroot/EMCAL directory)

Removing "Man in the Middle" classes AliHLTCaloRawAnalyzerCrudeComponent.h/cxx
They will be implemented in their respectively EMCAL/PHOS specializations
which require the detector specific parameters such as the trigger info an geometry to be known.

1) Change the bins, min and max in accordance with PWG4 function GetHistoPtBins etc
2) add two pt cuts: fPi0OverOmegaPtCut and fGammaOverOmegaPtCut
3) change the code of vertex z cut
4) add analysis to train wagon
