A fast HLT version of the SPD clusterfinder implemented.
It runs at ~28kHz, the algorithm is original.
The code is temporary, in the future it will be a part of the off-line clusterfinder.

new class "List Analyser" by Ben Hess
The class manages a list of TEveElements derived objects and applies
- selection on elements
- analysis on elements
The selection/analysis code is provided by user at run time via
compilable macros. The class is a generalization of the TRD similar
class AliEveTRDTrackList used to display/analyse TRD tracks.
A first steering script is provided as alice-macros/ana_list.C
Example for user selection and analysis are provided in
PWG1/TRD/macros/EVE directory

Adding 4 new QA histos:
- Implementation of the re-reconstruction in 3/4 coincidence of the Global decision from the Local inputs (test of the whole electronic chain) -> 1 histo of the percentage of Global output error
- Implementation of the re-reconstruction in 4/4 -> 3 histos related to the ratio 44/34

AliAODEvent: corrected copy constructor and assignment operator. This do not work properly if the user objects in the AOD events do not implement correctly the method Copy()
AliAODHandler: corrected destructors taking into account that ownership to AOD event and tree is lost after file closing. Corrections in the extensions to AOD's
AddTaskESDFilter.C : Added creation of the muon AOD as parameter of the macro.
AliAnalysisManager : Disabled object stats registration during the analysis manager session.

- move tracklet index stored in track from UShort_t to Int_t - follow the
same convention as for the other detectors
- remove TLinearFitters from tracklets as we have moved to private/fast

important bugfix for the internal TRD tracklet structure, members had been copied in wrong order from the TRDTracklet,
minor extension and rearrangement of members in order to save space. This change is not backward compatible, but as data
has not been stored in this format, no other protection is implemented. Only used for HLT TRD internal. (Theodor)

adding support for the new AliESDHLTDecision class which will allow to store
the HLT decision also in the ESD. The code is not activated yet. Finishing the

Files that I have prepared for the Muon AOD creation when doing ESD filtering.
They are AliAnalysisTaskESDMuonFilter.h/cxx (to be committed in PWG3/muon) and AddTaskESDFilter.C (to be committed in ANALYSIS).
The tasks contain the code needed to write the Muon AOD, based on the updates in the AOD handler by Andrei.
The macro contains the setting of a flag to enable/disable Muon AOD creation (default to kFALSE, i.e. disable)

- Implementation of trigger response re-calculation with a 4/4 coincidence or after removing one chamber (useful for trigger chamber efficiency calculations): the result is stored in unused bits of the trigger word in AliESDMuonTrack (NO extra data members required).
- Speed-up of the trigger response calculation (factor of about 4 in cosmic runs, resulting in a factor of 2 for the Trigger QA MakeRaws).

Implementing the skeleton for HLT QA for type kESDs (reconstruction)
Adding a cutomized Exec function to HLTQADataMakerRec, AliReconstructions
needs to be patched to send both ESD and HLT ESD.
