From Martin: Added possibity to set the debug level per class via: AliAnalysisManager::AddClassDebug(). Usage:\n   mgr->AddClassDebug(AliAODInputHandler,AliLog::kFatal);
or: \n   mgr->AddClassDebug(AliAODEvent,AliLog::kInfo);

Executing now a wrong configuration macro stops the LEGO train.

Committed all macros needed for V0 analysis in pp.

AliV0Module.cxx, .h: Class used for analysis. Meant to
be compiled (with .L AliV0Module.cxx++ or similar) and
used in ROOT macro, as in runV0Analysis.C example under
macros directory.

Note that AliV0Module needs root files as input, which
are provided by AliAnalysisTaskExtractV0 and
AliAnalysisTaskExtractPerformanceV0 tasks executed
on the grid (on ESDs only at this point).
