Added function to allow to limit which detectors to digitize and reconstruct.
The default is All. This change makes no changes to any root file.

cleaned up and improved some warnings during digitization. For SDD improved
the information given. For SSD remove warnings about no P or N strip  for a
given hit (here exists dead regions on SSD).

Several patches were done to adapt the ITS reconstruction version V2 to the multi-event case. Some memory leaks were corrected. (Yu.Belikov)
