Main changes (for the new Trigger Detector Algorithm):
- AliMUONGlobalCrateConfig: Set/Get global input masks from the global
configuration file
- AliMUONGlobalTriggerBoard: change masking of regional input using the global
 input masks
- AliMUONGlobalTrigger: use global input from the global trigger board
- AliMUONTriggerElectronics: use the global input and apply the global input
masks; correct iteration problem when sending the regional inputs to the
global trigger
- AliMUONTriggerIO: correct iterator problem when writing the regional
configuration file; correct reading regional configuration file for copy cards
- AliMUONDarcHeader: use real values for the global input words
- AliMUONRawWriter: add values for global input when writing the trigger DDL
in the raw data (previously they were set to zero)
- mapping/data/stationTrigger/GlobalCrate.dat: set initial values for the
global masks and control flag to 1
- MUONTRGda: new version of Detector Algorithm, analysis of noisy/dead inputs
for the global card with corresponding masking
