Major commit related to steering of the reco parameters: AliDAQ and trigger classes updated. Reading and usage of the GRP emtry almost completely revised. Significant changes in AliReconstruction. Update AliDetectorRecoParam and AliRecoParam classes. A lot of changes in the detector's code implied by the changes in STEER. test/gun/rec.C and test/gun/recraw/rec.C macros updated as an example how to steer properly the reconstruction till the reco-param creation macros and prepared and the corresponding CDB entries are put in place.
