Reader: Add option to remove or not event with primary vertex not reconstructed
Change centrality option from 5 to 20 when centrality is given up to 20
Photon and Pi0: Reduce number of filled histograms by default. Removed histograms can still be recovered via setters (conversion, pi0 invariant mass for different module combinations, event multiplitcity histograms for pp ...)
Macro: Correct some settings (phi range, z vertex event binning), reflect the above changes.
