Fixes to the raw-data reco. 1. Possibility to select the max adc search window. 2. Possibility to sum up the total charge from neighbour charge. 3. Removal of direct access to the GRP. Using AliRunInfo instead. 4. Removal of MIP/2 cut on adc charge. Instead using N sigma pedestal cut. 1,2 and 4 can be steered with value stored in the reco-param.
