Parameterization of the gas properties

M       Base/AliTPCParam.h    -  adding basic gas properties needed to simulate energy loss in Geant3 (before they were hardwired)
M       Base/AliTPCParam.cxx  -  setting defaults fr the gas properties (as used prevsiously)
