increased number of channels used in the TOFFEElight data structure, from 157248 to 172800. now TOFFEElight uses electronics-oriented (EO) indices. AliTOFFEEReader was changed accordingly using AliTOFcalibHisto to convert from EO to detector-oriented (DO) indices. a new TOFFEElight input file was added, and the old one removed. slight modification to AliTOFcalibHisto.root in order to flag with -1 EO channels (TDC channels) which do not have a corresponding DO channel (readout pad)

added feature to AliTOFcalibHisto class in order to retrieve the TOF channel index, as defined by the call AliTOFGeometry::GetIndex() call, directly by using the TOF electronic-oriented (EO) channel index. the TOF EO index can be retrieved using the call AliTOFcalibHisto::GetIndexEO(). in this way we have a direct mapping between EO channel indices (ddl, trm, chain, tdc, channel) and DO (detector-oriented) channel indices (sector, plate, strip, padx, padz) without the need of any mapping routine.
