Applying the proper fix to cope with setups with multiple trigger clusters.
Since the fancy AliHLTReadoutList operator functions did not work on the
HLT cluster (reason still unknown), explicite functions are now added and
used. The readout list specified in the configuration of the HLTGlobalTrigger
is now masked with the readout list from the CTP classes. The quick fix
just used the readout list from the CTP classes, however, HLT bits have
not been set there.

At the start of the online GUI sterring window we will read the list of already active physics runs from the DAQ logbook. Once started the runs appear and disappear using the DIM service mechanism.

Adding interruption handler to the DATE online raw-data reader. Will be used by the online display/reco steering process in order to stop processing of raw data in case and SOR DIM was received and there were no EOR events in the data stream.

Updates in the PHOS/EMCAL raw-data reading code due to the new mapping is PHOS (Yuri). Can't really verify all the changes, but they were tested for PHOS and Gustavo accepted them for EMCAL.
