  DefineOutput    -> CreateOutputObjects
  Output          -> CreateOutputObjects
  InitializeSubs  -> SetupForData

since these better reflect when they are executed.

Output of AliForward{,MC}MultiplicityTask is split into
two - one for sums and one for Terminate results.  This
is for Grid where the output containers are not opened
read/write while parameter containers are.

Added a script that partially automatize the dN/deta

Bug fixes in HLT cluster transformation:

1. Treatment of AliHLTTPCFastTransform::Instance() static object changed. Before the static object was deinitialized at each call of AliTPCClusterTransformation destructor, that could made problems when running HLT

2. The TPCRecoParam object is now loaded from OCDB properly, with respect to the content of the GRP entry

Added function CheckFileRecords which looks at the records of the file as is done
by TFIle::Map, but instead of printing them out it returns a kFALSE in case the end
of the last record is bigger than the file size (it should be equal to it).
A check using this function is added in ProcessDaqFxs to skip files markes as
bad during the chaining of raw tag files.

Updates for the pid caching. By default it is still switched off
and can be switched on by a parameter in the AddTask macro
(AddTaskPIDResponse.C).
From a small test I got about 8% less cpu time and 5% less real time
if the caching is switched on.
However this of course completely depends on how often the pid values are
requested for a track. The less it is needed, the less the gain, of course.

Many changes in one.

AOD generation:
 - Fixed how invalid signals are treated by the poisson
   calculator.  Previously strips marked with kInvalidMult
   where considered empty.  That is wrong because we don't
   know at all whether it was hit or not.  Now they are filtered
   out of the calculation.
 - On-the-fly calculation of the phi acceptance per eta bin
   from the information stored in the ESDs.  The phi
   acceptance is put in the overflow bin of the AOD object.
 - Possibly get the phi acceptance from the acceptance maps
   if they are used,   Again, the phi acceptance is stored
   in the overflow bins.
 - Correct the phi angle of each strip from the (x,y) off-set
   of the IP.   This means we have to propagate that information
   from the event inspector and on.
 - Possibility to flag extra strips as 'dead' in the sharing
   filter.  This is to avoid using the acceptance maps for
   flagging dead-channels off-line
