bugfix to find fastjet lib during testing

Correct warning appearing in some platforms related to float assigned as int and also a minor coding violation

- added the TPC track ID to the HLT TPC seed information
- added protection in case the label of the seed is different than the label of the ESD track when accessing them in the calibration
