Patches for the TRD on-line tracklets and tracks in the AODs.

In contrast to the ESDs, the AODs
contain only the tracks with the contributing tracklets, but not all
tracklets which were not matched to a TRD track. The commit:

- adds AliVTrdTracklet
- adds AliAODTrdTracklet
- adds AliAODTrdTrack
- makes adjustments to AliVTrdTrack and AliESDTrdTrack
- adds trdTracks as content to AliAODEvent

Adding new Reader (AliFemtoEventReaderKinematicsChainESD, reading info from MC truth - Kinematics + reading multiplicity information from ESD), adding additional features to the AliFemtoCorrFctnDEtaDPhi - corrections: 4D histograms with pT of particles or eta of particles, basing on which track reconstruction efficiency correction can be done. AliFemtoBasicEventCut: changes made to widen default values - because for some pp events reaction plane cut with default parameters was cutting out events.
