Implemented new multiplicity estimator (tracks+tracklets-made-of-clusters-not-used-in-tracks)

Bugfix: moved the initialization of 4-vectors for daughters before cut checking, in order to allow to cut also on the 4-momentum of daughters and mother, which previously didn't work (other cuts are not affected)

Changes from Tomas:
AliAnaElectron: Use positve track labels. Removed condition that the momentum vector should point to the emcal. Should be if only the track itself points to the emcal.
B-field problem solved.
parmaker: in PWG4/macros/electrons is not working properly. Changed it
and added new script to make it work properly. New file is
makeparfilesproperly

AliAnaBtag: cleaned it up a bit and added btagging to tracks not only associated to the

Use rapidity instead of pseudo-rapidity (better quantity when comparing with theory). Remove cuts for reference muon (all the information needed to compute it is already in the CORRFW). Allow for selection of trigger classes to be analysed (Diego)

Added optional 3rd side view in AliEveMultiViwe (with MUON arm),
removed showing/hiding MUON geometry in alieve_online.C (it was
crashing after adding second muon geometry - should fix the bug
#72907)

Added new static method AliAnalysisManager::GetRunFromAlienPath() that extracts the run number from the path to data (must be an alien path to data or MC). This is used by the plugin to set the new data member AliAnalysisManager::fRunFromPath which is available in UserCreateOutputObjects of any task if running via the plugin in grid mode.
Use mgr->GetRunFromPath() in your task to get this.

Added another monitor task to check the pairs instead of single tracks.
Requires a default mass assigned to daughters to compute invariant mass
and an intervall of invariant masses to check.
Modified the standard cuts for 2010 analysis:
- return the DCA cut to 7 TeV
- add a cut in the eta of single tracks to -0.9 to 0.9
