changes are needed in order to implement the code to be used in the TRIGGER PreProcessor which will store in the OCDB a new object containing the relevant information about TOF trigger status for each run

implementing the copy contructors for two helper classes because compiler on macos seems to have a different implementation of stl::find which needs the copy constructor. Other implementations avoid this

Fixing up streaming of global decision using new ROOT I/O schema rules. Should now have no problems streaming these objects with TTree for any split level.

EMCAL_FIRSTYEARV1 - geometry for December 2009 to December 2010 run period;
1. Fixed bug for positions of modules inside SM
(first module has tilt 0.75 degree);
2. Added Al front plate (width 1 cm) and 2 paper sheets per sampling
layer (additional 0.2 mm)
The sizes have updated with last information from production
drawing (end of October 2010).

Handling of repeated requests of buffers greather than the default page size. Allocated memory increased whenever a new event required more space than available in each of the currently allocated buffers.
Releasing unused pages whenever a new page with more capacity is allocated. Decreasing also the default page size from 50 to 30 MB.
Adding a page summary for the statistics printout in debug mode.
