I have modified a bit the method ProcessESD() to allow to pass some cuts and to write only the trackpoints of  the ITS. also I added ProcessESDCosmics() to merge into a single AliTrackPointArray the points of the two tracks produced by a comic muon (Andrea)

- Aod file is not opened locally
- histogram output for testing.

Pass execution mode to event handler.
Check if user output filename is "default". If yes use the aod file name
obtained from the event handler.

File opening for local and grid execution mode.
