- Change in the Online display because Histograms and calibration data is now produced
on a per Rcu basis rather than on a per Module basis.
- New tab to display accumlated energy divided by hits on a per cell
basis. This can be used in order to identify dead cells.

New classes that updates histograms contniously during run.
TH1F Histograms for each crystal are written to file
at the end of run. There is one root file for each
readoutpaartition.

Added data members to store energy deposit per primary, parent track in EMCALDigit and EMCALRecPoint. Parent, primary bookkeeping updated to use this info.

Many changes : \n-concerning trigger, fixing bugs in efficiency handling, partly due to a non-functioning (yet) DataIterator (Laurent,Diego) \n-replacing some AliWarning by AliMUONLog calls, to get reports at the end of processing \n-removing AliError, to allow some holes in the calibration data, which might well happen in real life, e.g. if some manus/de are completely dead and absent for all readouts\n-remove StdoutToAliDebug time eater in GenerateNoisyDigits, thus gaining a factor 3 in speed of this method\n-get the runnumber from AliCDBManager to get the calibration data \n (Laurent)

New class to log things that should be collected during the processing, but only printed out at the end (basically counting the number of times a given message appears, and printing that). Usefull e.g. for noting which channels are removed because their status is bad. (Laurent)

Refresh the physical nodes as the misalignment is fully applied. Needed in order to perform a fast search over the physical nodes by their pointer to TGeoNodes

(a) Multiple scattering and energy loss in absorber are now calculated
using absorber material properties (density, radiation-length, ...).
(b) All the informations about the absorber are get from the geometry rootfile
instead of from constants in AliMUONConstant.
(c) The track extrapolation to vertex has been removed from the tracking
procedure since the vertex is not known at this level.
(d) An option has been added to cancel the track extrapolation to vertex
when filling ESD in AliMUONReconstructor. ESD are then filled with track
parameters at the first chamber. Similar option have been added in
MUONmassPlot_ESD.C and MUONefficiency.C to perform extrapolation at
this level if not done before. (a detailled mail will follow this commit).

in Initialize() the subprocessor objects are not re-created
but only re-registered to its master depending on the run type
