       functionality moved to TGeant4 after
       introducing TVirtualMCApplication and TVirtualMCStack 
       interfaces.

    digits+hits: new subcategory introduced
       in order to eliminate dependence of
       TGeant4/geometry category on Geant4
       categories "above" geometry (digits+hits).
       (Needed for TGeant4/AliGeant4 usage with
       flugg.)

  28.3.00:
     New "top" category for all Ali* dependent classes
     (previously in /source);
     Subcategories: global geometry physics event run visualization
