fix event type from raw reader

raw reader returns DAQ event type specifier, which differs completely
from the HLT internal convention. This breaks proper event type
determination when running HLT offline (e.g. in AliRec), especially when
looking for calibration events. Now added a translation.

proper linking for libHLTrec.so

had to add ANALYSIS to linked libs, otherwise there are unresolved
symbols  when running online (in HLT).

ptrarray is filled with c_str pointers from strings in stringarray. Occasionally, the stringarray vector may do a reallocation during push_back, rendering the pointers already stored in ptrarray invalid. Now ptrarray is filled after the tokenizing loop.

In the local storage case, AliCDBManager::GetAll, via AliCDBLocal::GetEntries and ::GetEntriesForLevel1 at last, does not try to get an object based only on the directory paths, but also on the run-ranges validity extracted from the filename.
