Setting new ID of deleted particles to -1.

Relaxed the requirement for "mothers" to come before "daughters" in the data array.

Use kinematic check to filter out particles from being added to the stack, unless they have a daughter that is being added.

Fixed a bug, where the header would be not be generated if the number of hard scatterings is zero.

Convenience functions to check if headers are containing valid information.

More information is printed when parsing events.
