root has sometimes problems parsing the arguments to a called macro if there are spaces in between arguments. This removes the spaces

AOD extensions and filters have now a flag tomerge that can be set via SetToMerge() (that should be called by the extension creator), used by the plugin to merge these files. Should be used with plugin->SetMergeAOD().
